Create CRM Index Views Permission

What it is

A new "Create views" permission lets admins control which users can create new views on CRM index pages for contacts, companies, deals, and other objects.

Why it matters

Today anyone with index page access can create views, leading to cluttered view lists and inconsistent naming. Restricting creation gives admins governance over CRM navigation and keeps index pages clean.
