What it is

The Customer Agent source usage report adds a Source type filter so admins can view performance data for each knowledge content type separately.

Why it matters

All source types previously appeared in one list with no way to compare. Now you can tell whether files underperform website pages, or short answers resolve more than imported URLs, and focus knowledge-building accordingly.
