HubSpot Work

What it is

HubSpot Work, formerly announced as HubSpot Teamwork, is AI work management natively connected to your CRM, where your team and agents organize, accomplish, and automate work together. Describe what you need in plain language and the AI builds projects, tables, documents, forms, and agent automations from a single prompt, replacing the spreadsheets and project tools that have always lived around the CRM. It's now in public beta: any user with a paid seat gets access, Starter seats get limited automation while Professional and Enterprise get full automation, and automated Work agents consume HubSpot Credits.

Why it matters

When operational work and customer data live in separate tools, you lose context, cross-team coordination breaks down because no one shares a clear view of what needs to get done or who owns it, and building agents that do meaningful work on your behalf becomes nearly impossible. HubSpot Work's bet is that this operational work belongs next to customer data, not in a separate app you sync back later. For consultants and marketing teams juggling multiple platforms to run a single program, that's a meaningfully different offer. Now that it's out in public beta, agents built on top of it don't just organize tasks, they take action grounded in real customer relationships, deal history, and pipeline.
