Index Page Metrics: Portal-level Control

What it is

Enable or disable index page metrics by object type for the whole portal from a single setting. Live, all hubs and tiers.

Why it matters

Index page metrics show aggregate data at a glance while you work the index, but not every portal wants them. They can now be turned off per object type without touching individual views.
