Marketing Control Center

This one came up off-script, and Casey had the inside line, because she had just talked with Ankur, the product manager behind Marketing Control Center and a friend of the show who joined when it was first announced. The tool is not disappearing so much as moving. Its capabilities are being folded into the Breeze chat experience rather than kept as a separate destination.

That change traces back to feedback Casey gave Ankur directly, that it is confusing to know when to go to one of these separate experiences versus just use Breeze chat. The bigger thread is consolidation. When updates come out of campaigns, and then you see teamwork moving the same direction, the natural question is why they are not built together. The destination almost everyone wants is Breeze chat everywhere, and this reads like a step toward it.
