193+ new and 13+ featured updated apps in the HubSpot Marketplace

What it is
A marketplace refresh adding 193+ new apps — including a HubSpot Agent for Copilot — plus updates to 13+ featured existing apps, among them the Claude, Slack and Eventbrite connectors.
Why it matters
A bigger marketplace means more integrations to extend what your portal can do, and the featured updates mean some connectors you may already use — including Claude, Slack and Eventbrite — just got better.
The Take
Casey Hawkins + Chris Carolan
But stuff like this is probably going to make it so a lot of integration building just starts to melt away.
Two things worth pulling out of a 193-app quarter.
Casey's is the practical one, and it came from this week's client work. Two different sales teams were stuck on the same thing. Leads were scoring, and nobody knew what to do with them or why they had scored. The entire solve was opening the record and asking Breeze assistant what the person had done recently, then asking it to draft an intro email. That was it. Both teams live in Slack, and now that same move happens where they already are. If keeping up with HubSpot feels impossible, this is the shape of the answer. You do not need to read every release. You need the right context at the moment you are stuck.
Chris's is the structural one. HubSpot Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot brings CRM context into Copilot chat and Teams and lets you act back in HubSpot from there. That is the template, and the blank gets filled in over and over. HubSpot agent for wherever your team already works. As that spreads, a lot of integration building stops being necessary at all, and Customer Agent is already doing this. Worth knowing that HubSpot agents carry credits against the work they do.
There is a real principle under both. The old advice was to find the one place you do the thing and make everyone go there. That is not reality anymore, and HubSpot is the right hub precisely because it can hold the unified context and then push it out to wherever the work actually happens.
Also worth knowing: Shopify now syncs product variants, meaning different sizes or colors of the same item, which closes a long-standing gap. SurveyMonkey's update addresses the thing that always broke third-party surveys, matching a response back to the right contact. CallRail added an AI voice assistant that looks up HubSpot contact data. Granola, Eventbrite, BoldSign, NetSuite, Qualified, and Super all landed updates too.
What to do: skim it against your own stack rather than reading the whole list. Copilot and Slack are the two to actually look at this quarter.
