ProfessionalPublic beta

What it is

Meeting properties and automations are now available inside workflows. You can build automation off meeting bookings and meeting properties, with the meeting itself acting as the trigger and any of its related properties available to act on. This is in public beta for Professional and Enterprise tiers across the hubs, and it has been around in some form long enough that it appears to be moving toward general availability.

Why it matters

Meetings have been a quiet blind spot in automation. They hold a lot of what actually moves a deal forward, and until now using that inside a workflow meant manual handling or nothing. A practical example from the field: a client adopting call-recording software that skips recording when a tag appears in the meeting title can now run a workflow that adds that tag automatically for any contact who has already opted out of recording. Pair this with AI transcription, and the meeting stops being a dead end in your data. It becomes a triggering moment your automation can build the rest of the day around.
