What it is

HubSpot is expanding the mobile sales calendar to all hubs and tiers. It was previously restricted to specific paid sales seats. All iOS and Android users can now connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or Office 365 to HubSpot and manage their schedule or book meetings directly from the mobile app.

Why it matters

Removing the tier restriction means reps across every department and tier, not only paid sales seats, can prepare for meetings faster and cut scheduling friction while working from the mobile app.

The Take

This is a straightforward access expansion, and it is live now, so check it before assuming it does not apply to you. If your team has been working around a missing calendar connection in the HubSpot mobile app because of a seat or tier restriction, that restriction is gone.

Set it up this week if you or your reps regularly book or manage meetings from a phone: connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or Office 365 from the mobile app settings and confirm meetings sync in both directions. If your team never uses the mobile app for scheduling, there is nothing here you need to act on, but it is a free capability upgrade worth knowing you now have.
