What it is

Users can now share prompts with their entire portal, with individual users, or with teams, so a prompt one person writes appears in everyone else's prompt library in Breeze Assistant.

Why it matters

Sharing used to be portal-wide only. Teams can now standardize how they work and pass along the prompts that actually land, instead of every user rebuilding the same one.

The Take

As a HubSpot admin or manager, your job needs to be get people comfortable having conversations with Breeze.

Sharing dropping from portal-wide down to teams and individual users is what you would expect from everything else in HubSpot, and it is a genuinely nice update. The bigger thing sitting underneath it is what it does to enablement.

This came up live this week: someone new at a client had never seen Breeze Assistant at all, because the HubSpot person left and nobody owns HubSpot there now. She had been trained to ask the HubSpot person. The fix is not another document or another video — it is writing a few prompts for her, sharing them, and giving her somewhere real to start.

Do not build them one-shot. A prompt that tries to hand back the finished report usually breaks, and a rep gets one try before going back to sending Slack messages. Build the prompt to open the conversation in the right place — where you are in the product, who you are talking to, what to look for — and let the conversation carry the rest. Breeze is in a different frame of reference on the deals page than on a contact record, and that matters more than we expected.
