Resizable Sidebars in Help Desk

What it is

Help desk users can resize four panels by dragging the panel edge: left views sidebar, conversation/ticket preview panel (split view only), message thread panel, and right CRM sidebar. The width you choose is saved.

Why it matters

Fixed-width sidebars forced trade-offs on every screen. The CRM sidebar was often too narrow to read customer details without scrolling, while the views list took space better used for the conversation. You can now widen the panel you rely on most.
