Run Agent Workflows Action

What it is
A Run Agent workflow action lets you trigger an AI agent directly inside a HubSpot workflow, configuring which agent runs, what it receives, and how its output feeds back into HubSpot.
Why it matters
Agent automation was previously only possible through Breeze Studio triggers. Putting it in Workflows means any workflow trigger can start an agent, multiple agents can be orchestrated in sequence, and one agent's output can chain into the next step.
The Take
Chris Carolan
Getting agents out of Breeze Studio triggers and into Workflows is the difference between a demo and a system.
This came up in passing while working through webhooks in custom agents, and the two belong in the same conversation. HubSpot is combining the agent builder and agent automation experiences, and this is the seam where that becomes visible.
Getting agents out of Breeze Studio triggers and into Workflows is the difference between a demo and a system. Any trigger can start one, several can be orchestrated together, and output chaining means an agent's result is usable by the next step instead of being a dead end. Worth planning against the credit change on July 23, because a workflow that runs agents at volume is a workflow with a running meter on it.
