What it is

A way to have Breeze Assistant run a prompt for you automatically on a recurring schedule, daily, weekly, monthly, or annually, and drop the answer in your chat list when it's done.

Why it matters

Breeze Assistant chats have historically been reactive, only running when you open it and ask something. Scheduled prompts change that. A Monday morning pipeline check, a daily call-prep brief, a weekly health summary for your accounts. Breeze can now run through these automatically, so the answer is waiting in your chat list when you open HubSpot.

The Take

If it's proactive, I shouldn't have to go look for it.
Joshua Oakes

This is the right capability, arriving with the wrong interface. The core critique on the show: if a prompt is proactive, you shouldn't have to go looking for it. Right now you still do. The answer drops into your Breeze chat list, which means opening Breeze, finding the three-dot menu, and clicking Chats to see it. Until scheduled prompts surface somewhere you already look, like the HubSpot homepage, this is what one host called 'frogger style lily padding' toward the feature, not the feature itself. It's a necessary step, and worth building this way first, but don't expect it to change your behavior on its own. If you set one up, aim it at something concrete you'll actually check, a pipeline number, a call-prep brief, not a vague 'executive summary of my day.' That use case demos well and gets ignored in real life. Skip the annual cadence for now too. Enough changes with these tools in twelve months that a once-a-year prompt is easy to set and forget without it ever paying off.
