Streamlined Title Card in Record Preview

What it is

On the Smart CRM index — where you see your Contacts, Companies, Tickets, and Deals — the title card in the record preview panel has been streamlined to reduce scrolling and tell you what you need to know faster.

Why it matters

When you open the record preview panel, you should be able to easily see the information that's most important to you. This update helps you get up to speed with full context, without having to click into the record. Changes include a condensed title card on the record preview to show more record information with less scrolling, a sticky record title, a clearer menu of record actions, and a clearer button at the bottom of the preview to open the record page.
