Breeze Assistant on mobile can now create rich artifacts such as documents, email drafts, and custom HTML pages in a dedicated space opened from a card in the chat, with save, export to PDF, and share.
Why it matters
Artifacts are how users get structured deliverables rather than chat text. Reps can draft emails, build deal summaries, and iterate from their phone, and email artifacts load into the native mobile email experience for sending.

Breeze Assistant on mobile can now generate real artifacts, meaning documents, email drafts and custom HTML pages, in a dedicated space you open by tapping the card in your chat. Not chat text you have to copy out by hand. Whatever Breeze builds, you can save it, export it as a PDF, or share it from your phone, and an email draft opens straight into your phone's native mail app to send.
The reaction on air was surprise at how far this goes, including floating the idea of sitting in a conference session and building a custom HTML page on the spot, the same way you would casually draft something at a desk. That is not far off. Pretty much anything Breeze creates that is not a report or another native HubSpot asset can come out as Markdown, HTML or PDF, so the mobile and desktop experience are functionally the same thing now, just on a smaller screen.
Worth exploring this week if you already lean on Breeze Assistant for drafts and one-off pages. The value is in not losing that thread when you step away from your desk. If you have never used Breeze to build documents or HTML pages at all, this update will not be the reason you start. Get comfortable with the desktop version first.
