HubSpot Home Gets a Redesigned, Prioritized Daily Feed
Wednesday, August 5, 2026
What it is
A redesigned HubSpot Home. For new customers it is a personalized daily anchor turning signals across HubSpot into a few focused actions. For existing customers the current widget-based home is replaced by a dynamic daily-brief feed and sidebar that consolidates meetings, tasks, Prospecting Agent, and the activity feed into one prioritized view. This replaces the old global home and requires HubSpot's new theme.
Why it matters
Users currently piece together what matters each day across multiple tabs and tools. The new feed consolidates that into one prioritized view meant to surface the next best action without navigating away from Home.
The Take
Casey Hawkins
I have a calendar full of meetings, and if I get thirty minutes between them, I have learned I genuinely cannot do anything with it.
The promise here is next best action, and that is what everyone actually wants out of AI. I feel this pain to my core. I have a calendar full of meetings, and if I get a thirty-minute gap between them, I have learned I genuinely cannot do anything with it. It takes me twenty minutes just to get situated, and deciding what to do with the time left is the hard part.
So I want this to work. And for a lot of people I think it will. If you are in sales, or you are running your entire marketing department out of a single HubSpot portal, having meetings, tasks, Prospecting Agent and your activity feed collapsed into one prioritized feed is going to help you start the day faster. It is not going to work for my workflow, because I don't live in one HubSpot portal. I move across client portals all day, and this only helps inside the one it lives in.
Two things to know before you get excited. You have to be on HubSpot's new theme to get this, so that is a prerequisite, not a bonus. And the bar worth holding this to is the one Chris pointed at from a decision-engine talk at UNBOUND: a next-action surface only works if it is an easy button you can understand in about thirty seconds, where you know exactly what happens when you click it, and that reliability holds up every time. The inbox and your phone are hard to beat on that, because their context is one click away. Whether HubSpot Home clears that bar is the thing to test in your own portal before you roll it out to a team.
If you run your business out of a single HubSpot portal, opt into the beta and see if the feed earns your trust. If you are split across portals, or not yet on the new theme, this one can wait.

FAQ
Does this touch my portal?
Yes, if you're an existing HubSpot customer with Home enabled — but only once you're on HubSpot's new theme, which is a prerequisite, not optional.
How do I get it?
Existing Home users can join the beta directly; new customers get the redesigned experience as their default Home. Switch to the new theme first if you haven't already.
What do I do next?
If your whole team runs out of a single HubSpot portal, opt in and test whether the feed's next-best-action actually earns your trust before rolling it out more widely. If you work across multiple portals, this is a knowing skip for now.
