What it is

The inline association table lets you see and act on associated record data directly from any CRM index page, without clicking into individual records or building a workaround. Click the caret next to a record to expand the table, pick the associated object type, then search, filter, adjust columns and run bulk actions without leaving the page. You can save your column selection, sort and filters to the view, though default views do not support saving yet. This is CRM's version, and it is live and free on all hubs and tiers — the one requirement is that your portal is enrolled in the new index UI, through Flexible CRM Views or the Streamlined Index page.

Why it matters

The questions that used to require a detour now answer themselves on the page you already live in: which contacts have a deal closing next month, which companies have an open ticket. One clarification worth keeping straight is that this surfaces and filters the associated records, not the index itself, so it is not yet a way to filter your index by association. The quieter benefit is that when this data is visible to you on a single surface, it tends to be visible to Breeze Assistant too. Worth knowing there are two of these. Customer Success shipped its own inline association tables to Service Hub Professional and Enterprise two days earlier. Same mechanic, different door — this is the one you get on any hub once the new index UI is on.
