Intent Signals in Your Language

What it is
Portals configured in a non-English language can now receive buyer intent signal names, descriptions, and metadata in that language via a toggle in signals settings.
Why it matters
Signals get actioned faster when they arrive in the team's language. Translation should not be a step between a rep and the next person worth talking to.
The Take
Chris Carolan
AI makes this possible, right? Nobody's going to feel it, right?
Signals now translate. If your HubSpot portal is set to a non-English language, signal names, descriptions and metadata show up in that language for the whole team, controlled by a single toggle in signal settings. Everything that fires after you flip it on inherits the portal's configured language going forward.
The framing from the show: nobody is going to notice this shipped, and that is kind of the point. Scanning the web for signals and translating what it finds into your portal's language is quiet, unglamorous AI work. It removes a real step between someone getting a signal and acting on it, and it is a fair bet the translated versions get more interesting, and messier, once real human language from social posts and casual phrasing gets pulled in.
If your portal runs in a language other than English, flip the toggle this week. There is no reason not to. If your portal is English-only, this does not touch you at all. Skip it knowingly and move on.
