Is Revenue Hub actually your problem?

Most of what is written about Revenue Hub right now is written by people describing a product rather than people who have moved real agreements into one. So the honest question — is this even mine to worry about — is hard to answer from the outside.

These are the nine questions I ask on a first call. They are about how a closed deal becomes money at your company, not about what you have configured. Answer them and you get back what I would tell you in the first ten minutes: which of the six seams you actually have, which decisions are the ones you cannot take back, and whether the shortest path for you is the reversible one that most companies skip past.

It works the same whether the portal is yours, your customer's or your client's. Two of the six possible answers are some version of you do not need this. I would rather you got that answer here than after a call.
